Team Agency Adventure in Ibiza

At the end of September the whole of The Agency Adventure Advisory team went to the brilliant Agency Hackers Super Summit conference which is held annually in Ibiza.

We went as a team which was so refreshing. This time last year it was just Chris Bantock that went. over the year the team has expanded and grown with the arrival of Neil Adams and Claire Hutchings. So this year Chris, Tom, Neil and Claire all joined over 230 agency owners in the white isle.

We were not there as delegates, we were there as an integral part of the conference.

Welcome Social

On the Tuesday before the conference started on the Wednesday we held a relaxed drop in drink reception. No set start time - people could drop by as and when they wanted…. and they did.

It was a wonderful location with our own ‘hut’ bar - what a wonderful way to start.

Drop-in Sessions During the conference all the Guides were available for drop sessions - to lend a sympathetic ear to thoughts, ideas challenges and of course provide advice and guidance where needed. We all had some wonderful meetings.

Vision Session

At the end of the conference The Agency Adventure organised and ran the final vision session. We wanted to give the delegates a time to reflect on what they had heard over the last couple of days, what were their takeaways, and most importantly what actions where they going to take as a result of the conference.

We asked them all to write a Postcard to themsleves outlining what their agency would like this time next year and three actions they will take in the next 90 days to start to make change.

What also made it amazing was that we got time to spend together as a team. We are located in different parts of the country and although we meet regularly on zoom, you cant beat being together in real life and there is no better place to do this than Ibiza.

We are already looking forward to 2026!
