The Concept of Catching Fire
Catching Fire is a dedicated ‘HiveMind’ that aims to help individual agency owners to get on the right track and stay on plan with running their agency business through the collective support of a strong peer group with the sessions steered by your expert and experienced guide.
The programs are designed around the concept of adventure, exploration, and pushing boundaries. The goal is to help participants create solid foundations to grow and help the agencies develop and reach the individual agency goals that have been set.
Catching fire is an ideal mixture of accountability, actionable learning and focused challenge solving.
It is proper mastermind - a whole day dedicated to working on your business with others (hence HiveMind)

The Hive Mind Taster Session

This event, is designed to give potential participants a taste of what Catching Fire has to offer. The session includes a variety of activities designed to stimulate the mind and body, encourage teamwork, and foster a sense of community. It's an opportunity to experience firsthand the benefits of Catching Fire, and see if it's the right fit for you.
We have our Partner in Residence - Ryan Hall from Friday Solved (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryanghall/) will be leading the morning session on ‘How to create a predictable sales pipeline’ - this alone will be worth attending for!
Then. in the afternoon we will be discussing specific challenges that you are facing today. We will be questioning and getting to the route cause and then as a HiveMind we will looking at practical ways to get over and resolve these blockages in your agency business.
