We are very excited to be able to announce that we have a new addition to our Guiding Team.
Please welcome Tom Wilson who has become an Agency Adventure Guide.
Tom brings with him a huge amount of experience, knowledge and wisdom which I know will benefit agencies on their development journey. A quick look at his experience on LinkedIn and you will see that he has managed agency development and growth for small and larger agencies and it this large agency experience that he will be applying to benefit those on their growth journey.
Tom’s addition to the team enables us to be able to help and support more agency owners whether this by Personal Everest 121 Guiding or by group based development with Catching Fire Hivemind Mastermind or Maze Planner - 90 day expeditions.
I will let Tom introduce himself:
Hi, I'm Tom, an agency leader skilled in agency operations with two decades of hands-on experience.
I have been on your journey with What’s Possible Group. I experienced the team of 5 expanding to over 200 staff. I've had the privilege of overseeing or being directly responsible for every function within an agency.
I use this broad, functional knowledge of what makes an organisation successful to guide agencies of all shapes and sizes on their own journey. I support agency leaders by sharing my experience and guiding them to a path of sustainable growth and helping them avoid some of the traps waiting for them as they do.
How do you feel about Joining the Agency Adventure?
I’m really excited about the opportunity to work alongside some amazing agencies at the early stages of their journey. Agency Adventure has a fantastic ethos and community that really aligns with my passion for seeing agencies grow sustainably.
This is such an exciting part of The Agency Adventure journey as allows us to provide more choice to agencies in how we support them.
