How it works

Monthly, full-day, in-person session in London (10am - 4pm)
Each session blends:

An expert led workshop on topics like leadership, performance, or team health.

A Catching Fire Hot Seat session, where members bring live challenges to the table and leave with clear next steps.

Reflection, peer learning, and personal action planning

All facilitated by an experienced Agency Adventure Guide
